Today’s little slice
of “happitude” is...
The loveliest day at Park Acoustics and a
beautiful sunset to end it off...
A trip back to the Jacaranda City always feels
good for my soul. It feels even better to spend a day under the Pretoria
sunshine with dear friends like Sam.
We sat on the grass drinking coolers, eating
picnic food and listening to the awesome Beatenberg serenade us from the stage
below. Later on, we missioned down to the stage and sang and danced along to the
amazing Shortstraw and after the show, we danced on stage and were absolutely
star-struck when we sat around with some of the band members from some of our
favourite bands of the day.
Driving home, we watched the beautiful sunset
and chatted about the good old student days and how lucky we are to have stayed
friends after all these years; such a perfect end to a lovely, lazy, sunny day.
Sundays like these make for a very happy heart!
