Today’s little slice
of “happitude” is...
A fabulous night out with beautiful people.
This was such a fun evening out. I laughed more
than I had in ages and really enjoyed meeting new people.
I ended up meeting a new Tinder bloke who seemed
nice enough over text. Unfortunately, in real life, he looked absolutely
nothing like he did in the pictures on his profile. It baffles me that people
post old photos of their better years or photos that have been so heavily
edited to the point that they look like a different person and then they wonder
why you blow them off when they meet up with you.
A word of advice to Tinder users: Post recent
pictures that show what you look like now.
It just makes you seem a bit dishonest and creepy if you do anything other than
that.
Aside from that awkward moment, the rest of the
evening was full of delicious food and drinks and plenty of laughs with good
friends, new and old.
