Today’s little slice
of “happitude” is...
The chance to laze on the couch with
one of my favourite magazines on a Sunday afternoon...
Ideas Magazine is one of my favourite
magazines. It’s full of inspiration, yummy recipes, clever craft ideas and new
ways for me to be creative. I’m not really able to show much creativity at my
admin-based job so being able to read articles and tutorials on crafts and
other ways to get my hands dirty while prettying up my home, garden and
wardrobe is like a breath of fresh air. I might not have the time to tackle
every interesting craft in each month’s issue of Ideas but I can build up a
wish list of things I’d like to try and tackle them one weekend at a time.
Sunday afternoons are one of my favourite
times for reading and relaxing. I often feel a little sad that the weekend is
over but there’s also the promise of a fresh week and fresh opportunities ahead
to keep me feeling hopeful and optimistic.
I’m #grateful to have things to look
forward to at the start of each new week.
